I'm all about the introductions... I too, want to know the author and their thoughts on putting ingredients together to create a sustenance.... Please include the stories, too, along with the recipes. They are richer tasting (to me) in knowing the human stories that brought them to us.

richer tasting.....I love that! I'm definitely now drawn to the books that give us more of a story along with the food.
